Gainwell Furniture was deeply involved in the project as a primary furniture supplier for Las Vegas Sands, providing custom guestroom furniture solutions for the majority of the hotel’s luxury guestrooms. The furniture package was developed to align with the resort’s multi-dimensional operational philosophy, combining luxury aesthetics, functionality, and long-term hospitality durability.

The guestroom furniture package incorporated hospitality-grade engineered wood substrates, natural wood veneer finishes, decorative moldings, upholstered elements, and durable commercial hardware systems.
Classic European-inspired detailing and refined finish applications were carefully developed to complement the resort’s luxury interior concept while meeting the operational demands of a high-traffic hospitality environment.
Hospitality Standards & Quality Compliance
All furniture was manufactured in accordance with international hospitality project standards and detailed FF&E specifications established for the resort. Strict production management and quality inspection procedures were implemented throughout material selection, sample approval, mass production, and final pre-shipment verification stages.
The manufacturing process focused on ensuring finish consistency, structural reliability, and long-term performance suitable for large-scale luxury hotel operations.
Project Challenges
One of the key challenges of the project involved managing large-volume production while maintaining consistent craftsmanship and finish quality across a substantial number of guestrooms.
The project also demanded precise execution of classical decorative details, veneer matching, and customized furniture specifications to achieve consistency with the resort’s luxury design language.
In addition, coordinating production schedules, logistics planning, and phased delivery requirements for a large integrated resort development required close collaboration between manufacturing teams, contractors, and project management stakeholders.
Production & Delivery
Gainwell established a dedicated project coordination and quality control workflow to support the execution of the project from prototype development through final delivery.
Comprehensive inspections were conducted throughout production to ensure dimensional accuracy, finish consistency, assembly quality, and packaging protection for transportation.
Through phased manufacturing and coordinated logistics management, the furniture packages were delivered in alignment with the project schedule and installation requirements, supporting the successful completion of one of Asia’s most iconic hospitality developments.
